Oak Hill Country Club

Nearly a century-old private country club located in north central Massachusetts, Oak Hill’s highly respected golf course regularly hosts prestigious tournaments such as the Massachusetts State Amateur Championship and Massachusetts Open Championship. When the clubhouse needed to undergo a significant update to its member’s grill, Oak Hill chose Bennett Building Corp. to tackle the “fast-track” time-constrained project. With only a few short months available between the end-of-season holiday functions and the early spring opening for its members, this project had to absolutely be ready for the full use of its members, no excuses. In this short time frame, the structure was completely stripped back to its frame, structural repairs made, new mechanical infrastructure installed, and the highest level of modern quality finishes completed. A new 2,500 square foot outdoor patio off the grill was also added, overlooking the course’s front nine. The grill began serving its members three days ahead of the planned spring course opening.
