Located immediately adjacent to a very busy downtown intersection, Bennett Building Corp. was contracted to build this two-story real estate office building.  The construction of this project was successfully implemented in the face of extremely challenging site conditions. 

With literally no land area to stage any construction-related functions on this tiny one-third acre lot, bounded by adjacent buildings on both sides, retaining walls to the rear, city sidewalks at the front, and a sharply sloped 14-foot elevation grade change, construction was strategically planned and completed with zero impact to abutting properties or pedestrian/vehicular traffic flows.
