Bennett Building Corp. was hired under a design-build basis to plan, design, and construct, in a single source approach, this new 60,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility. The Design-Build approach to project delivery simply provides owners with the most streamlined, cost-efficient process of construction. Bennett Building was able to have this facility up and running in eight months, including the coordination of design, permitting, and work to prep the building lot with over 20,000 cubic yards of structural fill and the need to coordinate the extension of utility infrastructure with the park developer.
